Description
Halloween celebration begins at 4:00 with Story Time with Roselda the Witch at the Paola Free Library.
Children and families will line up on Peoria St. between Pearl & Agate (in front of City Hall) beginning at 5:00 p.m. There will be costume judging with prizes for Infants and Toddlers (2 Chosen), Youth 4 and older (2 chosen) , and Adult and Family.
Parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. Children will parade around the Square, receive candy from participating businesses!
